Teaching Design Studio

Designing systems for learning, development and institutional growth.

Teaching Design Studio works across education and organizational learning to design structured content, development programmes and practical systems. We bring clarity to what needs to be developed, how it can be put into practice and how progress can be reviewed.

What is TDS?

A learning and development organization focused on practical, purposeful systems.

Teaching Design Studio (TDS) is a learning and development organization focused on the design of practical, structured and purposeful systems. Our work connects identified needs with carefully designed content, guided application, feedback and review.

We work with institutions, students and organizations through three service sectors: Institutional Content and Systems; Student Skill Development and Employability Systems; and Corporate Learning and Employee Development Systems.

Our approach

Good intentions need workable systems.

Learning needs opportunities for application. Institutional work needs clear documentation and organized evidence. Employee development needs to connect learning with the demands of the workplace. TDS approaches each engagement by understanding its context, identifying its requirements and designing an appropriate response.

A connected approach to improvement

Clarity of purpose, thoughtful design, practical implementation.

Across our work, TDS values clarity of purpose, thoughtful design, practical implementation and continuous improvement. The specific process and deliverables are shaped by each service and its context.
